An approved sample provides a physical reference but does not automatically become a production requirement. Colour range, button feel, materials, cord length, accessories and packaging details should also be recorded in a specification or sample-approval file.
A full truckload often supports strong door-to-door coordination and suits an order with a clear time window and cargo volume matched to a vehicle. Rail depends more on terminals, scheduled services and first- and last-mile connections, but can offer value for the right volume and corridor. LTL or consolidated freight lowers the shipment threshold while adding consolidation, distribution and handovers. Border congestion, weather, available vehicles and policy changes may alter the choice.
Divide the product mix into core, supporting and test lines. Core SKUs carry most volume and revenue and need dependable replenishment. Supporting SKUs fill a price point or use case. Test SKUs evaluate a new function, appearance or sales channel, but their quantity must remain controlled. Equal space allocation makes little sense because the three groups perform different commercial jobs.
