Xaodor's Kashgar Factory Supports More Than 130 Local Jobs
Local employees work in assembly, packing, production support and staff management at the Kashgar factory.
As of January 2026, Xaodor's manufacturing business in Kashgar supported more than 130 local jobs. Employees work in component handling, appliance assembly, checking, packing, finished-goods management and production support.
At assembly benches, staff carry out operations for the products being made, with trays bringing parts and partly assembled items to the workstation. Packing staff match appliances with their accessories and instructions before transferring finished goods to storage.
Learning skills at work
Employees have also moved into appliance manufacturing from other occupations. One employee who previously studied automotive repair obtained qualifications for forklift operation, welding and work at height after joining the company. Another employee works in recruitment and day-to-day staff management.
These roles cover both the workshop and its support functions. New employees learn the products, tools and operating requirements, while experienced staff contribute to ongoing production and teamwork.
