Factory checks cover component matching, appliance appearance and function, accessories and packing, according to the product and order.
Checks at Xaodor take place when components arrive, during appliance assembly and before dispatch. Metal parts, plastic parts, motors and controls differ between products, so incoming items are matched to the intended model and production task.
During assembly, staff observe component connections, appearance and operation. A fit or configuration issue needs to be associated with the affected parts and batch before work proceeds. Work-area labels also help separate materials and partly assembled products when several models are in production.
Appliance and packing checks
After assembly, checks cover appearance, basic function and packing. Accessories, instructions and carton markings must correspond to the appliance inside, while dispatch preparation includes model and quantity checks.
Destination-specific labels, manuals or configurations are included in the relevant checks once established for the order and sample.
