Inside Xaodor's Processing and Assembly Workshops in Kashgar
The Kashgar factory has separate areas for metalworking, injection moulding, appliance assembly and packing.
Xaodor's Kashgar factory contains metalworking, injection-moulding, appliance-assembly and finished-goods areas. Photographs of machinery, workstations and parts trays show several stages between component preparation and completed appliances.
Metal and plastic parts
The metalworking area contains presses and metal components awaiting the next operation. A separate row of injection-moulding machines processes plastic parts. Components from these areas join other supplied parts at assembly.
Housings, bases, supports and tanks differ by appliance and model. They need to be matched to the intended product even when their appearance is similar.
Assembly and packing
In the assembly photographs, employees work on electric kettles and other appliances at shared benches. Parts trays carry components to each station, with tools and materials arranged around the work being performed. Packing materials are stored alongside the production area.
Completed appliances proceed to checking and packing, with accessories and instructions packed with the product. The finished-goods area holds packed items for storage and dispatch.
