A Guangdong Appliance Team Establishes Operations in Kashgar
Xaodor's team brought Guangdong appliance-industry experience to Kashgar, where it operates a factory and trains local production staff.
Xaodor's Kashgar operation draws on its team's previous work in Guangdong's small-appliance industry. That experience includes product development, manufacturing management, supplier coordination and export trade. In Kashgar, the team organises factory operations and trains local staff for assembly, packing and production-support roles.
The site includes metalworking, injection-moulding and final-assembly areas. Component staff prepare structural parts, assembly staff combine them, and packing staff check accessories, instructions and carton markings. Parts and packing are arranged separately for the different models being made.
Export business from Kashgar
The factory serves customers in Central and South Asia and other overseas markets. Commercial staff pass model requirements, sample feedback and packing instructions to the product and production teams. Participation in the Canton Fair provides another opportunity to discuss local sales and use requirements with importers.
