Grouping four SKD fan sets

Parts grouped per fan, with four fastener kits and service spares packed separately.

The customer planned to assemble three-in-one fans locally but was concerned about counting and matching loose parts.

The motor and critical electrical parts remained pre-assembled. Guards, blades, supports, columns and bases were grouped in assembly order. Fasteners were split into individual sets, with spares identified separately.

The arrangement combined four sets per carton with per-set parts lists and assembly instructions, allowing parts to be issued and checked one fan at a time.
