Phased local kettle assembly

Retain critical electrical pre-assembly first, then assess further separation after trial builds.

An Uzbek customer wanted more local kettle assembly while still developing its electrical-parts handling and final inspection process.

Critical electrical assemblies remained pre-assembled initially. Local work covered structural fitting, wiring and labelling. Trial results led to changes in the lid and handle sequence and fastener grouping.

The phased plan includes assembly records and checks for heating, automatic shut-off, leakage and switch operation. Further separation depends on demonstrated local capability.
