Adding a fan to an existing line

A trial set used to review tools, assembly sequence and part matching for a new model.

A Pakistani customer with fan-assembly experience wanted to add a pedestal model using existing staff and equipment.

A trial SKD set was used before reorganising motors, blades, guards and controls by model and batch. Production parts and spares were separated. Checks covered blade balance, oscillation, speed operation and stability.

The work provided SKD packs, batch lists, assembly sequences and finished-unit check sheets. Line arrangements followed the trial results.
