Air cooler water-circuit assembly

Check pipe connections during assembly, then verify water circulation and leaks on the completed unit.

A Pakistani customer had plastics and electrical-assembly experience, but air coolers required water-circuit checks beyond its existing fan power-on test.

A trial build revealed an incompletely seated pipe connection. Checks were added after connection and during filled operation, alongside controls, pump, blower, castors and stability.

The work covered CKD packs, workstation arrangements, assembly order, water and electrical checks, and a trial-build record.
