Keep the motor pre-assembled while local staff fit the support, fan head, guards and blade.

The Kazakh customer had basic assembly tools and staff, but no complete motor-production or electrical-test line.

We retained pre-assembly of the motor and critical electrical parts. Local work covered structural fitting. After a trial build, fasteners were regrouped and drawings reordered to follow assembly.

The package included agreed SKD parts, grouped packing, assembly drawings and checks for speeds, oscillation, guard clearance and base stability.
