Fan heater assembly & checks

Separate checks for both heat settings, fan operation and thermostat response.

A Kazakh customer with structural-assembly experience needed a more complete method for checking fan-heater functions.

Parts were organised into housing, heating, fan, thermostat and controls. Final checks record low heat, high heat, fan, thermostat, knob operation and appearance separately.

The work provided a parts list, workstation requirements and function-by-function checks, with heat-setting information matched across the label, manual and sample.
