Wholesale Electric Fans for Kyrgyzstan
A pedestal fan is repeatedly moved, raised, lowered, tilted and set to oscillate. The base-to-column connection, height lock, head joint, grille fasteners and carrying handle reveal more about structural reliability than a decorative surface that carries no load.

Assemble and dismantle a sample several times. Check whether threads are easy to cross, plastic knobs strip, or locking parts scratch the column. Run the complete fan at different speeds and in oscillation, observing vibration, unusual noise and a head that gradually drops. One successful power-on test does not show how the product will feel after a full sales season.
Electric fans are commonly shipped as separate bases, columns, motor heads, grilles and blades. More disassembly can produce a smaller retail box, but it also adds consumer installation steps. Buyers need to calculate not only loading quantity per vehicle, but also the quality of assembly instructions, accessory control and the cost of assembly-related returns.
Ask someone unfamiliar with the product to assemble it using only the user manual. If left and right orientations are unclear, fasteners are not grouped, or the grille is easy to fit incorrectly, the markings or diagrams need improvement. After assembly, every remaining part should have an explanation so the consumer does not assume that something was omitted.
Large fan boxes may be stored horizontally, vertically or in several layers. Inner packaging must restrain the motor head and blades and prevent hard accessories from striking the grille or plastic components. Clear carton dimensions, weight and handling orientation make counting and regional distribution easier.
Packaging assessment can combine drop, vibration and stacking observations rather than looking only for a torn carton. An undamaged outer box with a deformed grille inside still creates an unsaleable product.
External fasteners, knobs, remote controls and selected plastic parts are relatively easy to replace and can form a practical basic spare-parts set. Motors, capacitors, internal wiring and oscillation mechanisms require further diagnosis and safety checks. More spare parts do not automatically create better service; the fault must be identifiable and the work assigned to suitably capable personnel.
Importers can record simple fault categories such as failure to start, abnormal speed control, unusual noise, no oscillation, loose construction and transport deformation, then link each case to its model and batch. If similar faults cluster in one batch, the batch should be investigated rather than treating every unit as an isolated replacement.
